If you want to see the word “passionate” being lived out, just watch Steve Tattum working with children in need. When children are first introduced to Steve, there is an automatic draw to him. They get to work immediately and Steve makes the child begin to shine.

Steve's knowledge of the Systematic Phonetic Approach is very prevalent. He has studied, researched, and searched the world over for the "best of the best." He has put that information together brilliantly and developed the F. A. S. T. Learning Program. It has taken years to do this, however, Steve's patience and endurance pays off daily with the success of nonreaders becoming readers.

Steve is a very modest man, but what he has developed is the "best kept secret." As parents of a child who has benefited, beyond words, we don't want this to be a secret. We want everyone to know what Steve has developed and how it can help so many. He has studied many programs world wide and is extremely knowledgeable. He has trained 2,000 teachers in Denver and is continually training people in the F. A. S. T. program throughout the country.
